University of East Anglia, Salesforce Success Teams and Creation Technology worked together to bring about success. We were not working in silos, but rather in partnership. A crawl-walk-run methodology was adopted with a focus on real outcomes. There was a strong focus on technical expertise & selecting the right use cases & journeys to deliver. It was important not to do everything at once.

Creation came in at a crucial time for the programme & was engaged to ‘partner’ with the UEA to deliver the new marketing automation solution, which would not only meet, but exceed expectations.
