I am the Founder & CEO of Creation Technology, one of the leading Salesforce Partners for Education Cloud / Industry Solutions in the world. I founded Creation way back in 2006 and over the years have helped to grow the business to 60+ team members, multiple offices around the world & Industry leaders in Education Cloud working with many prestigious Universities & Business Schools. My focus is on driving growth & ensuring high quality services for our clients.

Ami Ellis-Brown

I'm dedicated to building a vibrant, people-focused culture where every employee feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their best. I'm passionate about wellbeing, engagement, and creating a fun, inclusive workplace. I lead initiatives that strengthen connection and collaboration across the organisation as a whole. Alongside fostering a positive employee experience I oversee strategic operations and growth.

Mark Fountaine

Working in the Head of Sales role at Creation Technology, I’ve spent a number of years focused on expanding our market presence and driving results through collaboration and innovation. I’m passionate about creating meaningful relationships with clients and partners, and I take pride in helping shape Creation’s continued success as we grow our sales team & client base in the Salesforce Higher Education space.

Rohit Arora

I am a UK Practice Lead and Technical Architect specialising in Salesforce and Form.com platforms, with deep expertise in Education Cloud. I build solutions from the ground up, simplify complex implementations, and deliver scalable, integrated, and data-driven enterprise systems. Using Agile and DevOps, I focus on creating robust, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that align technology with strategic business goals.

Joanne Knowles 

As a CIMA-qualified Finance Manager, I began my finance career in the retail sector and more recently transferred my skills to the tech industry. I support the business across all aspects of finance but my core focus is to help uncover opportunities and make a meaningful impact on the business by turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide business decisions and drive growth.
