Following implementation projects we can agree long term SLA based Managed Service Support Contracts with clients to provide ongoing administration, custom development, training, technical support etc.
Our support agreements provide clients with flexibility of delivery and multiple resource profiles including; Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Developers, Technical Architects, Marketing Cloud Consultants etc.
Clients will post tickets that the Creation team pick up & deliver. We provide end of month burn down reporting, a dedicated Account Manager & flexible resource profiles.
