Scrum/ Agile Methodology
At Creation we typically work to a Structured Agile Methodology for delivering clients projects however we can also work in a pure Agile methodology or even Waterfall if required.
We only hire high quality consultants for the Creation Technical Team & that quality is then demonstrated to clients in the form of high quality code, high quality components & ultimately delivery.
We have a large team & have the ability to swap & interchange resource where required. Interchangeable resource is easier with Development resource but may be more difficult with TAs & BAs
Dedicated Account Manager
All of our clients have a dedicated Account Manager at Creation who is always available to discuss service delivery, requirements, burn down reports, overall performance & delivery etc.
We provide a range of project reports to clients including Burn Down Reports, RAID reports, Project Governance Reports. We have our own standards but are also happy to flex to client needs.
