We're taking bold steps to reduce our environmental footprint and lead by example.

Green Office Spaces

We chose to lease office space with Workspace because of their Nature & Biodiversity Strategy, opening green spaces, enhancing biodiversity, and supporting local communities.

Smarter Commuting

We promote walking, cycling, and hybrid working to reduce reliance on high-emission transport.

Lower Carbon, Smarter Choices

We're optimising emissions tracking, minimising air and train travel, and switching to UK-based suppliers where possible.

Waste & Materials

From reducing single-use plastics to improving recyclability and food waste management, we're constantly improving how we handle materials.

Tech Efficiency

We prioritise cloud providers powered by renewable energy, energy-efficient equipment, and responsible e-waste recycling.

Recycling Plastic Bottles

Small Steps.
Real Results.

So far, we’ve:​

Introduced plants into all offices

Switched to LED lighting and zero black bags

Implemented 100% recycling, reuse of cleaning bottles, and shredding for waste

Offered wellbeing days, private medical insurance, and gym discounts

We have chosen our branded merch with sustainability and environmental impact in mind. Our Ocean Water bottles are chosen based on their mission is to stop plastic pollution. For every bottle they fund the collection of 11.4kg of ocean-bound plastic, the equivalent of 1,000 plastic bottles. We have so far removed 50,000 plastic bottles from the ocean!

Creation for Good:
Giving Back

We’ve joined Pledge 1% and launched Creation for Good, our CSR initiative focused on giving time, talent, and funds to drive change.

Our goal: Raise £20,000 for our chosen charity over 3 years

Volunteering: Every employee gets 2 volunteering days a year
